To provide every client with a consistent, elevated, and professional experience, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Your Appointment
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
I respect your time and ask for the same in return. This allows me to stay on schedule and provide each client with the level of care, attention, and service they deserve.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service total
No-show: 100% of the scheduled service total
These policies are in place because when an appointment is canceled last minute or missed, that time cannot always be offered to another client.

A valid card on file is required to secure appointments.
Your card is not charged at the time of booking. It is only used to hold your appointment and will be charged only if a cancellation, no-show, or policy-related fee applies.
Deposits may be required for certain services and will be applied toward your appointment.
By booking, you authorize Wax Queen and Skin to charge your card for any applicable cancellation, noshow, deposit, or service-related fees.
If a card on file cannot be successfully charged for a missed appointment or late cancellation, future bookings will not be accepted until the balance is paid.
Clients enrolled in a membership are still subject to these policies. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the applicable fees, even with an active membership.
Late Arrivals
To respect all scheduled clients, please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full service price may still apply.
If you are running late, please send a quick text so I can adjust the schedule accordingly and continue to provide a smooth experience for all clients.
Respecting the Space
Wax Queen and Skin is a professional, clean, and calming environment designed to provide high-quality services and results.
Please arrive prepared for your appointment and be mindful of the next client’s experience.
Strong odors, including smoke, can linger in the treatment space and affect the comfort of other guests. I kindly ask that you arrive fresh and ready for your service.
This helps maintain the quality of the environment and reflects the standard of care I take pride in providing.
Guests, Children, and Treatment Room Policy
To maintain a peaceful, safe, and professional environment, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room.
Children, spouses, friends, and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.
If you arrive with children or additional guests, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy.
It is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment time. Not receiving a reminder does not waive cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees.
Age Requirement
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and may be required to complete a consent form before receiving services.
A photo ID may be required to confirm age.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for appointments booked with a gift certificate. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees being deducted from the gift certificate balance.
Retail Products
All retail purchases are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges are available on retail products.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, specials, and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Wax Queen and Skin accepts cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Final Note
I truly value every client and always aim to be flexible when possible.
These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure every visit is smooth, respectful, professional, and results-driven.
